Battlefield v is stuck at 1% download ps4

 · I have a ps4, but have never used internet on it because I only use it for single player exclusives. I have an Xbox One for online play and there's a glitch where a download can get to 99% and then go back down to 1% and start over. I don't know if that is a server issue or some internet interference issue. My PS4 downloaded the update file fine, and I can start the game. However, the multiplayer install is stuck on 1%. The only thing i can play is the introduction (My Country Calling). The other war stories are all stuck at their downloads. I have tried ejecting the disk, cleaning it, and restarting my PS4. But again it stucked at 42%. Then I searched about it more and more but nothing solved this.
